It doesn't matter how tired, busy, or frustrated I am... I absolutely cannot look at this picture and not smile. This picture of Cade (from a couple months ago) is my computer desktop background, and I have the pleasure of smiling at my little guy several times a day. I love my Caderbug!

Boys Will Be Boys

Trey and Tate are six years apart; Tate and Cade are six years apart. The kids were having the "when you're 30, I'll be..." conversation the other day and we realized when Tate is Trey's age, Trey will be in college, getting ready to leave on his mission. When Cade is Tate's age, Tate will be doing all the things Trey is doing now. The girls pointed out that as sweet as Cade is now, it's hard to believe that he, too, will be an annoying, obnoxious, gross brother one day in the near future. The scary thought is: when Cade is Trey's age, Trey could be married with kids... that would make us grandparents, oh my! Aaaaggghhh!!!!

My New Year's Resolution (in the last half of February!)

My New Year's Resolution (50 days into the year already!) is to get this blog updated with photos and stuff... and to keep it updated (at least monthly!) A friend of mine recently reminded me that Cade has been "One Month Old" for 4 months now. Okay, so yeah, I'm a little behind. My goal is to catch up again before March. Maybe I'll do it on that one extra day this month.

There are so many days in the week that I wish I had at least 30 hours instead of 24. The downside to that is that I'd have more hours available to still get nothing worthwhile accomplished that I want to do... *sigh*. And it isn't the baby that keeps me busy... it's the older three and their "schedules". I didn't have a "schedule" at their ages; what's up with that??
